VALANNDOR FINAL

On the 9th April we were treated to the Valanndor final at Whiteoak. The teams contesting the final were Bromley Indoor Bowls Club and Ashford Indoor Bowls Club. At first it looked as if Ashford were going to run away with it as the score got to 31 to Ashford and 19 to Bromley. However Bromley came back and then it was to and fro for a few ends. However Bromley then pulled away and won 61-49. Congratulations to Bromley. Our thanks go to Whiteoak for their hospitality, and to Michael Williams who was the umpire.
